Adding Pixels
Tracking Scripts

Kaydoh allows you to add third-party tracking scripts that load on all Kaydoh pages. These scripts are provided by external tracking platforms and help you collect analytics and visitor data.
What do you need?
- Computer
- Your Kaydoh account login
- A tracking script from your pixel provider (Facebook, Google, etc.)
What to do?
- Read (step by step)
STEP 1
Navigate to your Dashboard Settings by clicking your Profile icon in the dashboard.

STEP 2
From the sidebar, click Global Script and then select New Script.

STEP 3
Provide a label to help identify the script, then paste the tracking script provided by your vendor into the Head Tracker Code field. Click Save to apply the change. Once saved, the script will load automatically on all Kaydoh landing pages.

⚠️ Important: An incorrect script can break your pages
Any script added to the Global Script field is injected into every Kaydoh page. If the script contains an HTML typo, unclosed tag, or invalid code, it can cause content tiles and other page elements to stop rendering on your live pages — even though they appear correctly in the editor.
Symptoms of a broken Global Script:
- Content tiles added to pages not showing on the live site
- Pages appearing blank or partially loaded
- Issue affecting multiple pages at the same time
What to do:
Step 1 — Go to your Kaydoh dashboard and open User Settings → Global Script (Pixels)
Step 2 — Review the script you have entered for any typos, unclosed HTML tags, or formatting errors
Step 3 — If you are unsure whether your script is valid, temporarily clear the script field and save. Then check if your pages render correctly again.
Step 4 — If pages are now showing correctly, your script had an error. Re-add it carefully or contact our support team for help validating the code.
Step 5 — If the issue persists after clearing the script, contact our support team via live chat as it may be a different backend issue.
The Facebook Pixel added via the Global Script field will track page views on your Kaydoh pages — this allows you to build retargeting audiences based on visitors who have viewed your pages.
What it currently does NOT track:
- Form submissions (e-form fills, lead capture)
- Button clicks (scheduling, Calendly bookings)
- Custom conversion events
Kaydoh does not currently support firing custom Facebook conversion events. This means you cannot use the pixel to optimize ad campaigns for lead form completions directly from Kaydoh pages at this time.
Best current workarounds:
- Route leads to your CRM and send conversion data back to Facebook using the Facebook Conversions API via Zapier
- Use UTM parameters on your Kaydoh page URLs to track which campaigns are driving traffic and leads. See: How to Share Kaydoh Pages via Email and Still Track Analytics — https://help.kaydoh.com/article/how-to-share-kaydoh-pages-via-gmailoutlook-and-still-track-analytics
Native conversion event tracking for forms and key actions is on our product roadmap. If this is important to you, let us know via live chat and we can log it as a feature request.
