Does data come directly from MLS?

No — Kaydoh does not pull data directly from the MLS.
Kaydoh is a marketing platform, not an IDX or MLS feed. This is actually one of its strengths — you can create and publish professional property pages instantly using your own photos, without waiting for MLS data to sync.
What you add manually:
- Property address, price, and details
- Your own listing photos (taken with your phone or from a professional photographer)
- Property description, headings, and subheadings
- Videos, virtual tours, and documents
What Kaydoh pulls automatically from 3rd party integrations:

Can I add my own MLS listing data to a Kaydoh page?
Yes — you just add it manually. Copy the key details from your MLS listing (price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, description) and paste them into your Kaydoh page. You can also upload your MLS photos directly. Many agents do this routinely and the process takes just a few minutes.
Want to add market data to your pages?
Kaydoh integrates with Altos Research to show Live Market Reports — real-time neighborhood market statistics that update automatically. See: How to Add Live Housing Market Reports to Kaydoh
