There are times when your browser may be using an older version of Kaydoh. You may experience the "infinite spinning wheel" behavior. If you ever see this, follow instructions below which will force your browser to pull in the latest updates of Kaydoh.
Step 1
If you’re experiencing issues like the infinite spinning wheel, your browser is likely using a cached (older) version of Kaydoh.
Step 2
Use the keyboard shortcut to force a hard refresh:
PC: Press CTRL + SHIFT + R
Mac: Press CMD + SHIFT + R
Option 1 — Open in an incognito / private window
Open a new incognito window (PC: CTRL+SHIFT+N / Mac: CMD+SHIFT+N) and visit your Kaydoh page there. Incognito windows do not use cached data, so if your changes appear here, it confirms it was a cache issue.
Option 2 — Clear your browser cache
Go to your browser settings and clear cached images and files, then reload Kaydoh.
Option 3 — Try a different browser
