How to Lock or Unlock Individual Content Tiles on the Mobile App

Last Update 2 days ago

The Kaydoh mobile app now allows you to lock or unlock individual content tiles directly from your phone.

This gives you more flexibility when presenting to clients in person or making quick updates on the go.

You can control access to each content tile by:

  • Removing the lock entirely
  • Setting a password (PWD)
  • Using an e-form for gated access

This works the same way as it does on the desktop dashboard.

What do you need?
  • Kaydoh Mobile App (latest version)
  • A published Kaydoh page with content tiles

What to do?
Read – Tutorial (step by step)
Step 1

Open the Kaydoh mobile app and navigate to the Pages tab.

Step 2

Locate the page you want to edit.
Tap on the three dots (⋯) next to the page, then select Content Tiles.
Step 3

Tap on the content tile you want to control.

Use the lock toggle (purple switch) next to the lock icon to manage access:

  • Turn OFF the toggle → This will unlock the content tile and remove all restrictions
  • Turn ON the toggle → This will enable lock settings

When the toggle is turned ON, you will see two options:

E-Form → Require users to complete a form before accessing

Password → Enter a password to protect the tile. Tap the checkmark (✔) to apply the password

Select the option you want to apply.

Last Step: DONE

Your changes will apply immediately.

  • Locked tiles will require access (password or e-form)
  • Unlocked tiles will be accessible right away

This allows you to quickly adjust access while presenting or sharing your page.
