How to Add Local Amenities to Your Property Page

💡 Adding Local Amenities to an existing page?
Skip Steps 1-2. Go to your dashboard, find the page you want to update, click Edit, then scroll to the Video & Content section and click Add Content Tiles → Local Amenities. Continue from Step 4.

From your main dashboard, click “Create a new page” and choose Easy Mode.

Scroll or type in “Just Listed” in the template search bar.
Select the template and click Create.

On Step 1 of your page, fill out the Property address, Price, and other key details of your property.

• Parks

• Events




• Places to Visit

• Shopping Places

Click the “View” button to preview amenities based on your property’s location.

Double-check your address at the top of the page.
🛑 Important: Amenities are suggested based on the address entered in Step 1 page.

If the address isn’t correct:

• Edit the address directly in the search bar




• Click Show Amenities




• Then re-select your preferred amenities in each tab

In the middle of each tab, click to select the amenities you'd like to showcase.
Then click “Add Selected.”

Once your selections are finalized, click “Save and Complete.” 🎉

Your property page now features location-specific amenities that highlight the best your neighborhood has to offer!

• Use a variety of categories (restaurants, parks, events, etc.) for a richer listing
