According to RisMedia, 82% of real estate transactions come from repeat and referral business. The average agent earns 42% of their business from referrals or repeat clients.
It's absolutely critical to include a referral strategy in ones business. Kaydoh has an easy way to implement such strategy to all of your transactions, regardless if your represented the Buyer or Seller.
For every transaction completed, instead of sending an email with closing statements. Include all documents into a Kaydoh page and deliver that as a single link to your customer along with an opportunity to obtain Client Referrals and grow your Testimonials.

STEP 1
Create a new website by clicking simple mode.

STEP 2
On this new window, find your "Closing Statement - Referrals" template, or use the search bar to find it. Click "Create"

Enter your client's name in the first input box labeled "1. Enter Client Name(s)." Next, add a page title in the box labeled "2. Add a page title." We recommend keeping the default title and only replacing the client's name unless you're comfortable making custom changes.

STEP 4
Navigate to "STEP 2" tab on the left panel. Find the "Change cover" link to add the photo of the relevant property of closing statement.

STEP 5
Navigate to 'Step 3' from the Sidebar. The majority of the content is already set up for you, but here are the necessary updates and customizations you should make:
Closing Statement (HUD): This tile is already set up, but you need to update it with the latest Closing Statement (HUD) document. Since this document is password-protected, make sure to update the password each time. We recommend setting the password to the street number of the home for easy recall.
USPS Change of Address: This tile is already completed for you. No action is needed.
Vendor List: If applicable, provide a vendor list—this can be in the form of an Excel file or a link to another Kaydoh page that contains vendor information.
Lead Capture Form: The last tile is already a fully set up form for capturing leads—no additional setup is required.
Google Reviews (or Other Review Platforms): Update the Google Review tile with your own review link. If you are not using Google Reviews, replace it with a tile for the platform you use (e.g., Zillow, Yelp, or another review site). Ensure the link directs clients straight to the review submission page.
Live Market Report: You can include a Live Market Report tile if you want to provide updated market insights to your clients. Click here to see how it's done.
Additionally, reorder the tiles so they align with the default content layout for consistency and clarity.
Once all updates are made, record a congratulations video using Kaydoh's built-in video recorder to personalize the experience for your clients.

STEP 6
Once you're done with adding all of those content tiles and your video, click "Save & Complete" at the bottom and you're ready to go.
