How to upgrade or activate an account
Everything you need to know to manage your plan like a pro

Whether you're activating for the first time, upgrading to unlock more features, or switching to a different plan—this guide walks you through each step with ease.
Step 1
From your dashboard, click on your profile picture at the top-right corner.

Step 2
In the dropdown menu, click on Billing to access your subscription details.

Step 3
On the Billing page, you’ll see your current saved payment method.
If you haven’t added one yet, click + Add Payment Method, enter your name and card details, then click Save.


Step 4
Once your payment method is saved, click the Upgrade button located on the same page.

Step 5
You’ll now see a list of available plans.
Click Select Plan under the option that best fits your needs.

Step 6
Choose your saved payment method. If you have a coupon code, don’t forget to apply it.
Then click Complete Checkout to finish your upgrade!

After upgrading — features not showing yet?
If a feature that should be included in your new plan is still showing an upgrade prompt, try logging out and logging back in. This refreshes your account permissions. If the feature still does not activate after logging back in, contact our support team via live chat and we can enable it for you immediately.
