A User Account allows someone to log in to Kaydoh with their own credentials.
 Users can:
Access the Kaydoh Dashboard
Create, edit, duplicate, and delete websites
Manage settings, integrations, and branded content
Simple Definition:
A User is someone who uses Kaydoh.
Users can also create and brand pages for others outside of their team — for example, building fully branded pages for partners, affiliates, or other brands. These branded pages can exist independently of the user’s own brokerage or team identity.
A Profile Account does not have login access to Kaydoh.
It’s designed for creating branded pages under an existing user account, without giving that brand or partner any platform access.
Profiles are ideal for:
Brands, offices, or teams that don’t need to log in
Partners, vendors, or collaborators you wish to showcase
Pages managed entirely by the main user
Simple Definition:
A Profile is never a person using Kaydoh.

Keep it simple:
User = someone who uses Kaydoh.
Profile = never a person using Kaydoh.
Users can brand pages for anyone — inside or outside their team — and even create fully independent, partner-branded pages under their account.
