Step 1
Once you log into your Kaydoh account, you will notice in the top right corner, if you are operating as the owner of that account.

Step 2
In the purple navigation bar, click the "User Management" tab if you are operating as a team or as an enterprise plan, which will allow you to see basic metrics on how many account users you have, profile accounts or profile cards, teams, websites, how many leads are generated through those websites as well as all the views captured from those websites.
Step 3
Scroll to the "Create Accounts" drop down and you will have the option to create a new "User Account" or "Profile Account".

Deleting a User
To delete a user, navigate to the User Management tab from your dashboard. Locate the user you want to remove, click on More Options below their name, and select Delete. A confirmation window will appear—click the Confirm Delete button to finalize the deletion.

FAQ
Can I convert a Profile Account to a User Account (or vice versa)?
Yes — Profile Accounts and User Accounts can be converted from one type to the other. However, this cannot be done directly from your dashboard. You will need to submit a support ticket and the Kaydoh team will handle the conversion for you.
To request a conversion, start a chat with us or submit a ticket and let us know:
- The name of the account you want to convert
- Whether you want it changed to a User Account or a Profile Account
This is useful if, for example, you originally set up a brand or team member as a Profile but now need them to have full login access as a User.
What happens to pages created by a user who has left your team?
If a team member who created pages or templates is no longer with your organization, those pages remain accessible in your dashboard. As the account owner you can still view, edit, duplicate, and manage those pages directly from your dashboard without any additional steps.
If you are unable to access or edit a specific page created by a former team member, please contact support and our team will assist you.
