Having trouble logging into your Kaydoh account? Work through the steps below in order until you get back in.
What do you need?
- Computer or mobile device
- The email address you used to sign up for Kaydoh
Step 1 — Double-Check Your Email and Password
Make sure you are entering the correct email address and password. Common issues:

- Check for typos — email addresses and passwords are case sensitive
- Make sure CAPS LOCK is not on
- Confirm you are using the email you originally signed up with — some users have multiple email addresses and try the wrong one
Step 2 — Reset Your Password
If you have forgotten your password or it isn't working, reset it:
Go to: https://dashboard.kaydoh.com/password/reset
Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link. Check your inbox — and your spam folder — for the reset email. Click the link and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Step 3 — Clear Your Browser Cache
A corrupted cache can sometimes prevent the login page from loading or submitting correctly. Clear your cache and try again.

Step 4 — Try a Different Browser
If clearing cache didn't help, open Kaydoh in Google Chrome — it is the recommended browser. If you are already on Chrome, try an Incognito window (CTRL+SHIFT+N / CMD+SHIFT+N).
Step 5 — Check if You Are Accessing the Right URL
Make sure you are going to the correct login page: https://dashboard.kaydoh.com
Step 6 — Check if Your Account is Active
If your trial or subscription has expired, you may not be able to log in. Contact our support team via live chat to check your account status and reactivate if needed.
Step 7 — Accessing from Outside the US?
Kaydoh's dashboard is only accessible from the US and Canada. If you are in another country, you will need a VPN with a US-based IP address to log in.
