When your Kaydoh page isn't showing the latest changes after saving, your browser may be serving an old cached version. Follow the steps below to fix it — always start with the quickest option first before clearing your full browser cache.

Step 1 — Force Refresh (Try This First)

The fastest fix. This forces your browser to pull the latest version of your page without clearing your entire cache.

  • Mac: Press CMD + SHIFT + R

  • PC: Press CTRL + SHIFT + R

If your changes appear after this, you're done — no further steps needed.

Step 2 — Open an Incognito Window

If the force refresh didn't work, open a new Incognito window — incognito doesn't use cached data, so it's a reliable test.

  • Mac: Press CMD + SHIFT + N

  • PC: Press CTRL + SHIFT + N

Open your Kaydoh page in the Incognito window. If it looks correct there, your regular browser has a cache issue — proceed to Step 3.

Step 3 — Clear Your Browser Cache

Google Chrome (Recommended)

  1. Click the three dots menu (⋮) in the top right corner of Chrome

  2. Select More Tools → Clear Browsing Data

  3. In the popup, check Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data

  4. Set time range to Last 4 weeks

  5. Click Clear Data

  6. Reload your Kaydoh page

Safari (Mac)

  1. Click Safari in the top menu bar → Settings (or Preferences)

  2. Go to the Privacy tab → click Manage Website Data → Remove All

  3. Confirm and reload your Kaydoh page

Shortcut: Press CMD + OPT + E to empty Safari cache directly

Firefox

  1. Click the three lines menu (≡) in the top right → Settings

  2. Go to Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data

  3. Check both boxes → click Clear

  4. Reload your Kaydoh page

Still not showing changes?

If your page still shows old content after all of the above, the issue may not be browser-related. Contact our support team via live chat and we will investigate further.
