What type of homes are included in the Live Market Reports

Kaydoh's Live Market Reports are powered by Altos Research — a leading real estate data provider. Here's what is and isn't included in the reports.
✅ What IS included:
- Single-family homes that are listed on the MLS and are currently habitable
- Active listings, recently sold properties, and market trend data (median prices, days on market, list-to-sale ratios, etc.)
- Data at the zip code, city, and state level depending on coverage availability
❌ What is NOT included:
- New construction homes that cannot yet be lived in — properties under construction or not yet habitable are excluded from the reports
- Condos, townhomes, and multi-family units may vary by market — the reports primarily focus on single-family residential
- Areas not yet covered by Altos Research through Kaydoh — see the full list of covered states here: What areas / states / region has LIVE market reports?
Why do some zip codes show limited data?
In smaller markets or zip codes with low transaction volume, the reports may show limited or no data. Altos Research requires a minimum number of active listings to generate statistically meaningful reports for a given area.
