How to update lead notification emails
Redirect leads to your CRM using a Lead Email (also called a Parse Email)

Updating lead notification emails is easy to make. Just log into your dashboard. At the top right of your profile, find the link, “User Settings”.
What do you need?
- Computer
- Your Kaydoh account login
- Your CRM's Parse Email address (if routing leads to a CRM)
What to do?
- Read (step by step)
Step 1 — Log into your Kaydoh dashboard and click your profile icon in the top right corner, then select User Settings
Step 2 — Find the Lead Email field and enter the email address where you want leads sent — this can be your personal email, a team email, or your CRM's Parse Email address
Step 3 — Click Save Account Settings to apply your changes immediately

There go to the Lead Email Text box and modify it. All leads generated will be sent to your login email used to sign in, in addition will also be sent to the designated Lead/Parse Email.
📩 What is a Parse Email?
If your CRM or vendor provides you with a Parse Email address, this is the same as your Lead Email in Kaydoh.
Simply paste your Parse Email into the Lead Email field shown above.
All new leads will automatically be forwarded there.

Finally Click on "Save account Settings", therefore all the changes get applied immediately.
