Customizing Your AI Voicemail in Kaydoh

Below is a quick guide link to brand your automated AI voicemails that are personalized and sent to a leads voicemail inbox during a lead capture containing their mobile number. This creates a stronger connection to the lead and has a higher chance of listening to your message.

Customizing or turning off your AI voicemail in Kaydoh is simple. With just a few steps, you can control how voicemails are handled across all your Kaydoh pages where leads are generated.

Click on your profile image in the top corner, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 2 

Once you click Settings, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Account Settings tab. From here, go to the Automated Ringless Voicemail tab by clicking on it.

Here, you'll find a switch to toggle the Automated Ringless Voicemail option on or off. Do as you needed. 

You can choose between a Custom Voice Bot Message or your own recorded audio for the voicemail.

Step 5

To create a custom voice message, select the voice type from the dropdown menu and enter your desired message in the Customize Voicemail Message field.

Step 6

To set your Prerecorded Voice Message as the automated voicemail, click on Prerecorded Voice Message, then hit Record. You can also preview your recording by clicking Preview Voicemail.

Once you’ve made your changes, don’t forget to click "Save Voicemail" to apply your new settings.

Whether you choose to use a custom voice bot message, your own recorded audio, or disable voicemail entirely, these settings can be adjusted easily to match your preferences.
