How to add turn off/on text message lead notification

Step 1
Go to your Profile and Click Settings
Step 2
Inside Settings, find the Lead Notifications section
Toggle Send Lead Notification ON to receive a text message every time a new lead is captured on any of your Kaydoh pages
Toggle it OFF if you no longer want to receive text notifications
Make sure your phone number is entered correctly — this is the number that will receive the text alerts
Click Save to apply your changes.
When a visitor submits their information on any of your Kaydoh pages, you will receive an instant text message to your registered phone number with their contact details. All leads are also stored permanently in the Leads tab of your dashboard regardless of whether text notifications are on or off.
Not receiving lead texts?
- Confirm your phone number is saved correctly in Settings
- Make sure the Send Lead Notification toggle is turned ON
- Check that your phone is not blocking texts from unknown numbers
