You can update your profile image and company logo directly from your account settings in Kaydoh.
These images help personalize your account and maintain consistent branding across your pages.

What do you need?
- Access to your Kaydoh dashboard
- Your profile image or company logo file ready
Step 1: Go to User Settings
Click on your profile image or name in the top right corner of the dashboard.
From the dropdown menu, select User Settings.

Step 2: Upload Profile Image or Company Logo
Inside User Settings, locate the sections:- Profile Image → Upload your personal profile photo
- Company Logo → Upload your business or brand logo
Click on the upload area (or existing photo) and select your image file.
Once uploaded, you can replace or update the image anytime by uploading a new file. For best results:Use a clear, high-quality image, Keep logos properly centered
Step 4: Save Changes
Scroll down and click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Your updated:
- Profile image will appear in your account and pages
- Company logo will be used for branding across your Kaydoh pages
Update the logo on a specific page only
This sets a custom logo for one individual page without affecting your account-wide logo.
Step 1 — From your dashboard, find the page you want to update and click Edit
Step 2 — Switch to Advanced Mode if you are currently in Easy Mode
Step 3 — In the left-side panel, scroll down and click More Options
Step 4 — Select Custom Logo
Step 5 — Upload your new logo image
Step 6 — Click Save & Complete to apply the changes
