Ready to get started? Simply head to your dashboard and choose “Create a New Page”. Then select "Easy Mode".

Choose the Open House - Sign In Template and click CREATE.

Step 1

Fill out all the required information, including the Property Address. Other details will be auto-populated. Be sure to double-check the information to make sure everything is correct. Once verified, click NEXT.

Step 2

Add a Cover Image for your Open House. Simply upload your chosen image and click NEXT.

Step 3

Add more pictures of the property by uploading them to the page.

Step 4

Add a Title and a Description for your Open House. Provide a brief overview of the property and event details.

Step 5

Add a Virtual Tour Link. Simply paste the video link for your virtual tour (e.g., from YouTube, Vimeo, or another platform).
If you don’t have a video tour, you can skip this step — the page still works without it.

Step 6

Customize the Content Tiles. We’ve provided a pre-designed content template, which you can edit by clicking EDIT and then Replace Content to modify any text or information.
Note: The pre-made content tiles may include placeholder amenities that don’t reflect your actual property’s location.
To display accurate local information:
  • Remove the existing Local Amenities tile
  • Re-add it using the Add Content Tile button

Once you’re satisfied with everything, click SAVE AND COMPLETE, then PREVIEW your Open House page to ensure everything looks perfect.

⚠️ Important: Make sure you capture leads at your Open House

Creating this page is just the first step. To actually capture visitor contact information at your open house, you need to use the right QR code.

  • Basic QR Code → Takes visitors directly to your page with no form required. No lead is captured automatically.

  • Registration QR Code / KayTag set to Registration mode → Forces every visitor who scans it to fill out their contact details before accessing the page. This is how you capture leads at your open house.

👉 To set this up, create a KayTag and set it to Registration mode:

Once leads register, you will receive their contact info instantly via text and it will be stored in the Leads tab of your dashboard.

📢 How do I share or promote my page?

Once your page is complete, you can easily share it anywhere:

  • Using a computer 💻 – Copy your page link and send it by email, text, or post it on social media. See full guide here
  • Using a phone 📱 – Open your page on your mobile device and share it instantly through text message, email, or your social apps. See full guide here
  • QR Code – Generate a QR code version of your page and place it on flyers, signs, or print marketing so people can scan it with their phones. See full guide here
