Option 1 — CRM Parse Email (Simplest — Works with Most CRMs)
Most CRMs — including Follow Up Boss, CINC, LionDesk, kvCore, and many others — provide a dedicated lead capture email address (also called a Parse Email or Inbox Email). Any email sent to this address is automatically imported into the CRM as a new lead.
How to set it up:
Step 1 — Log into your CRM and find your Parse Email or Lead Capture Email address. This is usually found in your CRM's integrations or settings section. Contact your CRM provider if you can't find it.
Step 2 — Log into your Kaydoh dashboard and go to User Settings → Lead Email
Step 3 — Paste your CRM's Parse Email address into the Lead Email field
Step 4 — Click Save — all future leads captured through Kaydoh will automatically be forwarded to your CRM

Option 2 — Follow Up Boss Direct Integration
Kaydoh has a dedicated integration with Follow Up Boss that goes beyond email parsing — it sends structured lead data directly into your FUB account.

Option 3 — Zapier (Connects to 5,000+ Apps)
If your CRM supports Zapier, you can build an automated workflow that sends every new Kaydoh lead directly to your CRM — including field mapping, tagging, and custom routing.
