How to View and Export Leads

Viewing leads is simple either through the Dashboard or on mobile. Viewing leads on the desktop dashboard is great if you want an overview of the information collected. However if you’re looking to take action on those leads, its best doing that directly on the mobile app, since you can email/call directly from the app.
What do you need?
- Computer or mobile device
- Kaydoh account with at least one captured lead

This article covers three ways to access your leads:
- Option 1 — View leads from a specific page
- Option 2 — View all leads from the dashboard
- Option 3 — View and contact leads on mobile
Option 1 — View Leads from a Specific Page
Step 1 — Go to your Pages Dashboard and find the page whose leads you want to view
Step 2 — Click the More button in the Actions column next to that page
Step 3 — Select Export Leads — Kaydoh will download the leads as a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets
View Leads from all websites
Step 1
Navigate to the “Leads” section on the top menu bar. There you’ll see all leads captured and information selected.
Export All Leads
Leads can be exported from the dashboard by navigating to the “Tools” section from Profile icon at the top right corner of browser.
Click on the "download" button accordingly to extract all leads capture.
Instead of manually exporting leads, you can set up automatic lead routing:
- CRM Parse Email — Paste your CRM's lead email address into the Lead Email field in your User Settings. All leads will automatically be forwarded there. See: How to update lead notification emails

View Leads on Mobile
Step 1:
On the mobile app, navigate to the “Analytics” section, as indicated by the icon and label bottom left of app. There tap the top metric box labeled, “Total Leads“
Step 2:
A full list of leads captured will display. Tap a lead to pull up available ways to contact the lead. Each lead will have 3 possible icons next to the lead’s name to indicate what information is available. Such as phone call, sms or email as ways to reach out.
Step 3:
Another way to reach out directly to a lead is in the “Chat” section, found bottom left of the app. From there, you’ll see a list of conversations. The one’s with letters inside the circle colored icon found on the left side of each row, will indicate a lead was captured. Swipe right to pull out a menu of ways to contact the lead.
