How Lead Alerts Work for Individual Profiles in Kaydoh

In Kaydoh, each profile on your account can have its own lead alerts. This means if you manage multiple profiles (e.g., different businesses or team members), leads can be sent directly to the individual profile while still keeping the account owner in the loop.

Every profile comes with Lead Alert settings:

• Mobile Alert → Sends leads by text (SMS) to the profile’s phone number.




• Email Alert → Sends leads by email to the profile’s email address.

Regardless of these settings, all leads are always copied to the account owner so you never miss an inquiry.

Step 1: Go to Edit on the page where you want to manage lead notifications.

⚠️ Make sure you are in Advanced Mode. More Options is only visible in Advanced Mode. If you are in Easy Mode, switch to Advanced Mode using the toggle at the top of the editor before proceeding.

Step 2: Click More Options, then select Team Members.

Step 3: Look for the Lead Alert settings under the profile details.
Step 4: Toggle the switches:

• Lead Alert – Mobile → Turn On to send leads via text.




• Lead Alert – Email → Turn On to send leads via email.

That’s it! Leads will now be delivered directly to the selected profile, while still being copied to the account owner.

Heather wanted to create profiles for her photography business in addition to real estate. By adding profiles:

• Each profile gets its own “Let’s Connect” section.

• Leads can go to that profile’s email and/or mobile.

• Heather (as the account owner) still receives a copy of every lead.

This setup allows multiple businesses or team members to manage their own leads, while the owner keeps full oversight.

Do I need to pay extra for profiles?
Yes. Additional profiles cost $5 per profile/month, with a minimum of 5 profiles ($25/mo). Some plans include profiles — check your current plan details or contact our support team to confirm what's included with your subscription.

Can I remove the “Let’s Connect” section completely?
No. Every Kaydoh page is designed as a landing page with lead capture. However, leads can be routed to different profiles depending on the setup.

If Mobile and Email are both off, what happens?
Leads will still be copied to the account owner.
