Understanding Views vs. Leads in Kaydoh Analytics

Kaydoh provides two key analytics on your pages: Views and Leads. These help you measure both traffic and engagement.

Views
  • A View is counted each time someone clicks your Kaydoh page link and loads the page.

  • Views appear automatically in your Dashboard next to each page title.

  • Multiple visits by the same person may count as multiple views.

  • Views show you how much traffic your page is getting, but not who those visitors are.

Leads
  • A Lead is created when a visitor fills out either:

    1. An eForm (for example, to “Unlock a tile” or gated content), or

    2. The Contact Form that is automatically included at the bottom of every Kaydoh page.

  • Lead details (name, email, phone number, etc.) appear in your Leads tab.

  • Leads show you not just who visited, but who took action and shared their information.

⚠️ Important: Every Kaydoh page has a built-in Contact Form. That means every page can generate leads, even if you don’t add a separate eForm.

How They Work Together
  • Views = page traffic → how many people are visiting.

  • Leads = captured contacts → how many visitors submitted info via eForm or Contact Form.

Example:

  • You send a Kaydoh page to 100 people.

  • 50 people click the link → 50 Views.

  • 10 of them fill out either the Contact Form or an eForm → 10 Leads.

FAQs

Do I need to add an eForm to generate leads?
No. Every Kaydoh page already has a Contact Form built-in. Adding an eForm is optional for gated content or special offers.

Where do I see Views vs. Leads?

  • Views → Dashboard (next to page title).

  • Leads → Leads tab (with contact details).

Can Views turn into Leads later?
Yes. A visitor might view today (counting as a View) and return tomorrow to fill out the Contact Form or an eForm — that’s when they become a Lead.
