Using KayTags | Make Sign-ups Effortless

Last Update hace 6 días

Effortlessly collect sign-ups or RSVPs by linking your KayTag™ QR code directly to any Kaydoh registration form. Scanning the QR code lets people register instantly—no paper forms or manual entry required!

What do you need?
  • A Computer

  • A Kaydoh account (premium $59+/month; not included in starter $39/month plan).

This is how Force Registration works in Kaydoh.

Force Registration is not a manual setting you toggle on inside your page — it is automatically activated when you use this specific QR code type. When a visitor scans a Registration QR Code, they are required to fill out a form before accessing your page. Every scan captures their contact information as a lead instantly.

This makes the Registration QR Code the ideal choice for:

  • Open houses — Every attendee who scans must sign in, capturing their name, email, and phone number automatically

  • Events and RSVPs — Collect registrant details before granting access to your page

  • In-person marketing — Any situation where you want every scan to become a lead

⚠️ Important: Sharing your Kaydoh page link on social media does not trigger Force Registration — it only applies to visitors who scan this specific QR code in person. For social media traffic, use locked content tiles instead to capture leads.
