KayTag™ lets you create dynamic QR codes that you can update anytime—even after printing! Use KayTag to drive traffic to Kaydoh pages, contact info, registration forms, or external websites. Now with enhanced customization features, you can change the look, color, and even add your own logo to the QR code.
What do you need?
A Computer
- A Kaydoh account (premium $59+/month; not included in starter $39/month plan).

From your main dashboard, go to the "KayTag" section and click “Add QR Code”

Step 2
Give your KayTag a name (e.g. <MyKayTag).
From the dropdown, select the type of QR code you want to create:
Kaydoh Page (e.g., digital flyer, property page)
Registration Form (e.g., for open houses)
Phone Number (scan-to-call)
Email Address (scan-to-email)
Website/URL (e.g., kaydoh.com)

Step 3
Enter the destination details:
For phone, input the number (e.g., 1-800-460-3574)
For email, enter the address (e.g., [email protected])
For Kaydoh Page, browse or search your existing pages and click Select
For external URL, paste the full website address
Click Save to generate your QR code.

KayTag™ lets you fully customize your QR code’s look, color, and even add your logo for stronger branding! After generating your KayTag™, follow these steps to customize.
Branding Section
Upload Your Logo:
Go to the Branding section to upload your logo. Your Logo will appear in the middle of your QR.Logo Size:
Customize the logo size to fit perfectly inside your QR code.
Dot Shape:
Choose your QR code’s dot style from options like:Rounded
Dots
Square
Extra Rounded
Classy
Classy Rounded
Dot Colors:
Change the color(s) of your QR code dots for full brand alignment.
Corner Square Style:
Select the style for the QR code’s corner squares:Dots
Style
Extra Rounded
Rounded
Corner Square Color:
Choose a color for the corner squares to match your brand or design.Corner Dot Style:
Pick the style for the small dots in the corners:Dot
Square
Corner Dot Color:
Set a color for the corner dots for an even more unique QR code.
As you make changes, you’ll see a real-time preview of your customized QR code.
Click Apply or Save when you’re happy with the look—your QR code will instantly update with the new style!

Step 5
Click the QR Code thumbnail or select “More” > “Show QR Code” to preview it. Then, click Download to save your QR code for use in print or digital media.
✅ Make sure to test the QR code before sharing it publicly.


Step 6
Want to change where the QR code points to? No problem!
Head back to your KayTag section:
Click Edit next to your existing QR code
Change the type or destination as needed
Hit Save — your QR code will now point to the new content
🛑 Important: The visual QR code does not change — only the destination it points to. No need to reprint or redistribute!

🎉 You’ve now created a KayTag™ that’s flexible, powerful, and easy to manage — all from your Kaydoh dashboard!

Always double-check your destination links before sharing
Name your QR codes clearly so they’re easy to find later
Use KayTag for signs, flyers, postcards, or online campaigns
Regularly audit your QR codes to ensure their destinations are current
