How to Create Business Card

Enable instant contact sharing by turning your details into a digital business card (vCard) with KayTag™. Scanning the QR code lets people save your phone number, email, and other info directly to their phone—no manual entry needed!

Step 1
From your dashboard, access the "KayTags" section and click “Add QR Code.”

Step 2
Give your KayTag a name (e.g., My Business Card).

From the dropdown, select Business Card (vCard).

Step 3
Fill in your contact details:

Your Photo, First & Last Name, Phone Number, Email, Company, Title, Address, Website, etc.

Tip: In the Website section, you can include your Kaydoh Page link. This way, anyone who scans your vCard QR code will have direct access to your digital flyer, property page, or any Kaydoh resource—right from your contact card!

Click Save to generate your vCard QR code.

Click the thumbnail beside your QR code name, then Download for print or digital use.
✅ Test by scanning—ensure it presents a downloadable file, which will auto import into recepient phone.

Step 6

Need to change your destination? Click "More" and then "Change Destination". Update your linked form and click Save.
🛑 The same QR code image will always point to your latest Destination.

• Double-check all destination links or data before sharing.

• Name your QR codes clearly for easy management.

• Use KayTag for flyers, business cards, signs, or online campaigns.

• Regularly audit your QR codes to ensure destinations are current.
