What is the Digital Business Card?
Your Kaydoh Digital Business Card is a mobile-first, agent-branded page that replaces Linktree, Blinq, and similar tools with one key difference: every visit is tracked. When someone opens your card, you see where they are, how long they stayed, what they watched, which tiles they tapped, and how many pages of a document they read. It turns a simple card share into a source of warm follow-up conversations.
Available on all plans.

This is the first section you will see. Fill in:
- Your full name and title
- Company name
- Mobile number
- Work number (optional)
- Toggle Google reviews on or off
- Write a short bio : keep it to 3-4 sentences

Step 2 : Add your background photo and thumbnail
This step has two different images and one text field — here is what each one does:
Background photo : this is the photo that sits behind your profile photo on the actual card page. It is what visitors see when they open your card.
Text & Social Preview : this is a text field. What you type here is the preview text people see when you share your card via text message or on social media. For example: “Michael Lam’s Business Card”. Keep it short and clear.
Thumbnail : this is the preview image people see when you share your card via text message or on social media. It appears alongside the Text & Social Preview text as the cover image of the link preview.
Make sure your thumbnail looks professional and on-brand. Do not use the same image as your background photo — they serve different purposes.

Step 3 : Add your intro video and content tiles
The next two sections complete your card.
Intro video : this is the video that sits right below your header on the card. It is the first impression visitors get — your face, your voice, your personality. You can record a short video or create one using HeyGen. See below for how to create a tutorial-style video using HeyGen’s Scene by Scene feature.
Content tiles : below the video are your content tiles. These are the links and resources you want visitors to explore; your listings, your home value experience, your booking link, or anything else that moves the conversation forward. Every tile tap is tracked so you always know what each visitor cared about.

Save and share via KayTag
Once your card is ready, save it and attach a KayTag to it. Your KayTag is a reusable QR code you can print on yard signs, flyers, business cards, or anywhere else. You can update where it points at any time without reprinting.
Point your KayTag to your Business Card page link so every scan lands directly on your card. Every QR scan is tracked as a visit so even offline placements like flyers and yard signs produce measurable engagement.

Pro Tips
- Keep your bio short : 3 to 4 sentences max. Visitors won’t read a wall of text
- Your thumbnail and background photo are two different images : don’t use the same one for both
- Check your live analytics after sharing : you’ll see exactly who opened your card, what they watched, and which tiles they tapped
- Use HeyGen to create a professional intro video without filming yourself
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from my current digital card?
Most digital cards give you a view count. The Kaydoh Card shows you the whole visit: a push alert the moment someone opens it, how much of your intro video they watched, and every listing, open house, and link they tapped, in order. You share it the same way by text, link, or QR.
Does it tell me who looked at my card?
It shows you the visit, not the visitor. You see the city, the device, when they opened it, and everything they tapped. No names until they fill out a form. That is by design.
Is this an add-on? What does it cost?
No add-on. It is included on every Kaydoh plan. The $59+ plans add deeper visitor analytics, more content tiles, and the home value tile.
