Ready to get started? Simply head to your dashboard and choose “Create a New Page”. Then select "Easy Mode".

Scroll to find or type in the search bar "Active & Sold Listings". Hover over the template and click CREATE.

Step 1

On Step 1 page, upload a Cover Image from the Kaydoh gallery or upload your own. Click “Drop cover image here or click to upload,” then click NEXT when you're finished.

Step 2

On Step 2 page, fill out the required information such as Page Title, Main Heading, Sub Heading, Core Message etc. Make sure everything is accurate before clicking NEXT.

Step 3

On Step 3 page, upload or link a video walkthrough or intro message. Then, customize the Content Tiles to showcase both your Active and Sold Listings.

💡 TIP: If you want to highlight a past listing that’s not already in Kaydoh, a quick workaround is to grab the Zillow URL (or another public listing link) and paste it into a Content Tile.

Use the Headline of each tile to grab attention—examples include:

  • ✅ Sold Over Asking in 3 Days!

  • 💰 Sold $100K Over List Price!

  • 🏡 Multiple Offers – Sold in 48 Hours!

You can:

  • Paste direct links to listings hosted outside Kaydoh, OR

  • Pull up past listings already saved in your Kaydoh Content Library.
