The Off-Market Listing template is designed for promoting properties discreetly—ideal for sellers who prefer privacy or are testing market interest before going public. Key information like the address and price is intentionally hidden, making it a “private preview” of the property. This type of page allows agents to generate leads, schedule showings, and showcase the property without fully disclosing all details. Perfect for exclusive listings, VIP buyer previews, and quiet marketing strategies.

What do you need?

Ready to get started? Simply head to your dashboard and choose “Create a New Page”. Then select "Easy Mode".

Scroll to find or search for "Off Market Listing". Hover over the template and click CREATE.

Step 1

On Step 1 Page, enter general property details that can be publicly shared—such as bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage etc. Once done, click next

➡️ Note: The address and price fields are intentionally hidden in this template to preserve privacy. You can still enter the city and neighborhood to give viewers a general sense of location.
Step 2

On Step 2 page, upload a banner image for the property. This image will act as the main visual hook for the page. You can use the photo of the home but done in a way to not disclose the location. You can also use something attention-grabbing but generic enough to keep the property discreet. You can use a professional photo from your files or the Kaydoh gallery. Then click NEXT.

Step 3

On Step 3 page, upload any property gallery images you have. These can be sneak peek photos, interiors, or even staged highlights. Before uploading, be sure to click "Delete all" to remove any preloaded images. Once cleared, you can either drag and drop your photos into the upload box or click to select and upload them manually.Keep in mind that you’re not revealing the entire home—just enough to spark interest.

Step 4

On Step 4 page, Add a page title, main heading, secondary heading (city/neighbourhood), Description for off market listing etc. Once done, click next.

Step 5

On Step 5, you’ll be able to add a video. Record or paste a link to a personalized sneak peek video introducing the listing, why it’s off-market, and how buyers can take the next step.

You’ll also see pre-set content tiles, including:

  • Schedule a Private Tour: An e-form viewers can fill out—no setup required. This captures leads automatically.

  • Live Market Report: Agents can use the content library to insert a market report for the city or neighborhood. This builds context around the property.

  • Sneak Peek Gallery: Customize this gallery tile with curated images of the property.

  • Request More Info: A second lead capture form where viewers can request more details discreetly.

💡 Pro Tip: Share on social media to generate leads passively
Once your Off-Market page is live, share it on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. Because the Schedule a Private Tour and Request More Info tiles are already set up as lead capture forms, any interested buyer who taps those tiles must submit their contact details — turning social traffic into leads automatically without any direct outreach on your part.

Once all your images, video, and content are in place, click SAVE AND COMPLETE, then PREVIEW your Off-Market Listing page to make sure it reflects the right balance of professionalism and privacy.
