Ready to get started? Simply head to your dashboard and choose “Create a New Page”. Then select "Easy Mode".

Scroll to find or search for “Did You Hear About Your Neighbor?” and hover over the template. Click CREATE.

You’re now on the Step 1 Page. This is where you customize the message to make it hyper-relevant to your area and the sale story you’re sharing.

This is your chance to build trust and spark interest. Be transparent and relatable. Include real figures (if allowed), the home’s condition, and how the strategy led to such a great result.
Example:

“This beautiful 3-bed, 2-bath home on Maplewood Drive was listed for $799,000 and received multiple offers within the first weekend—ultimately selling for $850,000! Strategic pricing, strong marketing, and expert negotiation made all the difference. Curious what your home could fetch in today’s market? Let’s find out.”

Step 2

On the Step 2 Page, the California, CA content tile will automatically be included. This tile highlights your local expertise, showcases market insights, and positions you as a go-to real estate resource. Customize it according to your specific market.

Once your message is added and you're happy with the story, click SAVE AND COMPLETE, then PREVIEW your page. Make sure it reflects your voice and local tone authentically.
