When a home in the neighborhood sells well above asking, people notice. This page lets you turn that local buzz into conversations about their home's value. Whether it’s used in a newsletter, text campaign, or QR code postcard—this is an excellent way to drive curiosity & interest on getting home value reports in a local area.


What do you need?

  • Computer
  • Kaydoh Account
  • Details of a recent sale in the neighborhood (sold price, list price, days on market)
  • Optional: a photo of the sold home or a neighborhood image for the cover

Ready to get started? Simply head to your dashboard and choose “Create a New Page”. Then select "Easy Mode".

Scroll to find or search for “Did You Hear About Your Neighbor?” and hover over the template. Click CREATE.

Step 1

You’re now on the Step 1 Page. This is where you customize the message to make it hyper-relevant to your area and the sale story you’re sharing.


✍️ Fill Out These Fields:


🧾 Main Heading:
This appears at the top of your live page and instantly grabs attention.
Example:

💬 Sub Heading:
This line encourages homeowners to find out what their home could be worth too.
Example:
Want to know what you could sell yours for?


📚 Add the Story of the Sale (Required)
This is your chance to build trust and spark interest. Be transparent and relatable. Include real figures (if allowed), the home’s condition, and how the strategy led to such a great result.
Example:

“This beautiful 3-bed, 2-bath home on Maplewood Drive was listed for $799,000 and received multiple offers within the first weekend—ultimately selling for $850,000! Strategic pricing, strong marketing, and expert negotiation made all the difference. Curious what your home could fetch in today’s market? Let’s find out.”

Step 2


On the Step 2 page, a Local Market Update tile will automatically be included. This tile is pre-loaded with a California market snapshot as a placeholder — replace it with a Live Market Report tile from the Content Library for your specific city or zip code. This is the most important tile on this page — it directly connects the neighbor's sale story to what the visitor's own home might be worth in today's market.

Want to customize or reorder the tiles? You can delete, edit, or add your own to match your brand or messaging goals.

Once your message is added and you're happy with the story, click SAVE AND COMPLETE, then PREVIEW your page. Make sure it reflects your voice and local tone authentically.


This template works beautifully in email newsletters, postcards with QR codes, or text campaigns to your farming list. The curiosity-driven headline combined with real results is one of the most powerful ways to generate listing conversations.
