What is a Session?
When a visitor submits their address through your Home Value Estimate (HVE) funnel and unlocks their property report, Kaydoh creates a unique session for that visit. Each session is tied to a specific address and can be individually customized — making it a powerful tool for personalizing your follow-up and reaching out to leads.

What do you need?
- Computer
- Your created HVE Funnel Page with at least one session (a visitor who has unlocked their report)

Step 1
Log in to your Kaydoh dashboard and click Funnels in the top navigation bar. You will see a list of sessions — each one representing a visitor who unlocked a home value report for a specific address.
Step 2
The dropdown also gives you these additional options:
- View Session — Preview the session as the visitor sees it
- Copy Session URL — Copy the unique link to share with the lead
- Download QR Code — Download a QR code that points directly to this session
Step 3
Inside the session editor, you can customize the experience for that specific address. The most impactful thing you can do is record or upload a personal video — speaking directly to that homeowner about their specific property makes your outreach stand out and builds instant trust.
You can also:
Once you've made your changes, click Save and Complete.

- Upload a custom photo of the property
- Modify or add content tiles
- Update any information displayed on that session's report
Once you've made your changes, click Save and Complete.
💡 Pro Tip: A short personalized video addressing the homeowner by their street address goes a long way. It shows you've done your homework and gives them a reason to call you back.
What to do after customizing your session:
Once your session is personalized, go back to the session list and click More → Copy Session URL to get the unique link for that specific homeowner. Share this link directly with them via:

- Text/SMS — paste the session URL in a personal text message
- Email — include it in a follow-up email referencing their specific address
- QR Code — click Download QR Code from the same dropdown to create a QR code you can include in a direct mail postcard to that address
