Overview
The Website Thumbnail lets you control the image people see when your Kaydoh page is shared on social media. This means:
- The new image you upload as Website Thumbnail will appear only when the page link is shared
- The original background image on the actual page stays the same
- This is helpful when you want a more attractive or promotional image to increase clicks on social media while keeping the real Kaydoh page clean and professional.
Example: Social Media Preview vs Actual Kaydoh Page
When you customize a Website Thumbnail, the image people see on social media can be different from the background image on your actual Kaydoh page.
This allows you to design a marketing-style thumbnail that attracts attention while keeping the landing page clean and professional.

Troubleshooting: My page is showing the wrong image
If your page is displaying the wrong photo — for example showing the wrong person's image when the link is shared — you have two options:
Option 1 — Update the Website Thumbnail
Follow the steps above to upload a new, correct image as your Website Thumbnail. This controls what appears when your link is shared on social media or via SMS.
Option 2 — Update the Main Info Background
If you want to change the actual cover image visitors see when they open the page, go to Edit Website → Main Info → Background Image and upload a new image there.
💡 Recommended for the Main Info background: Choose a dark-toned photo or a lifestyle/home interior image so your Heading and Subheading text stays readable and does not compete visually with the background.
These are two separate images. Updating one does not affect the other.
