Making your website public is by default automatic when creating a website. A public website is anyone can view your website if they find your link or you shared publicly to various platforms. To disable a website, or make the website private, it’s only a matter of single tap/click.

How To Guide

Option 1 — Hide Your Website (make it private)

Hiding a page makes it inaccessible to visitors without deleting it. Your page and all its content are preserved and can be made public again at any time.

Step 1 — Go to your Pages Dashboard

Step 2 — Find the page you want to hide and locate its Active status toggle

Step 3 — Switch the toggle from Yes to No

Your page is now private. Anyone who visits the link will see a page not found or expired message. You can re-enable it at any time by switching the toggle back to Yes.

Option 2 — Delete Your Website (permanent)

⚠️ Deleting a page is permanent and cannot be undone. All content, views, and lead data associated with the page will be lost.

Step 1 — Go to your Pages Dashboard

Step 2 — Find the page you want to delete and click the More dropdown in the right-hand Actions column

Step 3 — Select Delete Page

Step 4 — A confirmation prompt will appear — click Yes to confirm the deletion

💡 Before deleting — check your QR codes and domain links
If you have printed QR codes, KayTags, or a custom domain connected to this page, deleting the page will break those links permanently. Consider hiding the page instead of deleting it if you may want to reactivate it later or if you have physical marketing materials still in circulation.
