My Profile Is Listed on Google – Why Can’t I Add It as a Testimonial?

Why this happens:
Kaydoh can only connect to Google Business Profiles that include a valid business address. If your Google Business Profile does not have an address on file, Kaydoh's system cannot establish the connection needed to pull in your reviews.
How to fix it — Add an address to your Google Business Profile:
Step 1 — Go to your Google Business Profile at https://business.google.com and log in
Step 2 — Click Edit Profile and navigate to the Business Location or Address section
Step 3 — Add your business address. If you work from home or don't have a physical office, you can:
Step 4 — Save your changes and wait a few minutes for Google to update
Step 5 — Return to Kaydoh → Dashboard Settings → Testimonials and search for your business name again

- Use your brokerage address as your business address
- Add a service area instead of a specific address (note: service area only profiles may still not be recognized — a physical address is more reliable)
Step 4 — Save your changes and wait a few minutes for Google to update
Step 5 — Return to Kaydoh → Dashboard Settings → Testimonials and search for your business name again
