How to Connect Your Google Business Reviews (Even Without a Business Address)

Kaydoh now supports connecting Google Business Reviews for businesses with or without a physical address—a major upgrade that expands your testimonial capabilities!

Previously, only businesses with a physical address were searchable and connectable in Kaydoh’s Testimonials section. But many service-based businesses (like consultants or mobile professionals) don’t list an address on Google—and that meant their Google Reviews couldn’t be pulled into Kaydoh… until now.

You can now connect your Google Business account directly to Kaydoh—even if your business doesn’t display a physical address on Google.

This gives you more control, including:

• Viewing your live Google Reviews

• Linking them to specific Kaydoh pages

• Preparing for future updates like review filtering & sorting 🔜

From your Kaydoh dashboard, go to settings under your profile picture and then navigate to Testimonials.

Click the "Connect Google Business" button.

You’ll be prompted to sign in with the Google account that manages your business on Google My Business (now called Google Business Profile).

Follow the prompts and allow access when asked.
This lets Kaydoh retrieve your business’s Google Reviews securely.

🔐 Make sure you choose the correct Google account that owns or manages the business you want to connect.

After connecting your Google account:

1. Go back to Testimonials




2. You’ll now see a list of businesses associated with that account

3. Click “Use this business” next to the correct one

4. Hit Save

Once saved, your Google reviews will appear under the Testimonials section and will be available for use in your Kaydoh pages.

⚠️ Still seeing old Zillow or Google reviews you want to remove?

If you previously had Zillow or Google reviews connected and want to remove them, check both locations:

• Dashboard Settings → Testimonials — remove the connected review link there
• User Management → Profile Account → Testimonials — if you use Profile Accounts, remove the link there as well

Example: Even if your business like "Kaydoh" doesn’t have a physical address, your reviews will still show up now.
