How to Delete or Remove Testimonials - in Kaydoh

There may be times when you want to delete or remove testimonials (reviews) from your Kaydoh site. Testimonials can come from two sources:
Google or Zillow (auto-imported by the platform)
Manual/Custom testimonials (added by you directly into Kaydoh)
This tutorial will walk you through both cases step by step.
Click on your profile icon (top right) → Dashboard Settings → Testimonial tab.
⚠️ Important: Google and Zillow control which reviews appear. Kaydoh does not allow you to choose specific reviews.
Find the Google or Zillow profile info connected.
Click Remove/Delete to disconnect the account.
👉 If you want to permanently delete a review, you must contact Google or Zillow directly.
If you added a testimonial yourself:
Identify the testimonial under the Testimonial tab.
Click Remove next to it.
Always scroll down and click the green button Save Testimonials to apply and finalize your changes.
Q: Can I delete just one Google or Zillow review and keep the rest?
A: No. Disconnecting removes the entire feed. For single review removal, you must contact Google or Zillow.
Q: How do I erase a testimonial I manually added?
A: Go to Settings → Testimonial tab → Remove → Save.
Q: I removed my Zillow or Google review link but reviews are still showing on my page. Why?
A: Your review link may be connected in two places — Dashboard Settings and inside a Profile Account under User Management. Check both locations and remove the link from each. Once removed from both, reviews will stop appearing on your pages.

If you removed the Zillow or Google link from Dashboard Settings but reviews are still appearing on a specific page, the review link may also be connected inside a Profile Account under User Management.
Step 1 — Go to User Management in your dashboard
Step 2 — Open the relevant Profile Account
Step 3 — Navigate to the Testimonials section inside that profile
Step 4 — Remove the connected Zillow or Google link and save
Once removed from both locations, reviews will stop appearing on all associated pages.
