How to Bulk Import Addresses & Generate HVE Links

Last Update 2 months ago

Kaydoh now allows you to upload hundreds of addresses at once to automatically generate personalized Home Value Estimate (HVE) links. You can then export these links and send them to clients via your CRM — every link auto-generates a home value estimate when visited.
Note: The Import Address feature is available on select Kaydoh plans. Please check your plan or contact support to confirm access.

What You Need

  • A spreadsheet file (.xlsx or .csv) with your addresses
  • Required columns: Address (must include
City, State and Zip — can be in one combined field) and Name (Full Name or First Name)
  • Optional columns: Phone, Email, Zip (if not already in address field)

 Step by Step Tutorial

Step 1 — Go to Funnels

From your Kaydoh dashboard, click Funnels in the top navigation menu.
Step 2 — Click Import Address

In the top right corner of the page, click the + Import Address button.
Step 3 — Upload Your File

Click Upload and select your spreadsheet file (.xlsx or .csv) from your computer.

✅ The system accepts files with up to hundreds of rows.

Step 4 — Map Your Columns

Kaydoh will display all the columns from your spreadsheet on the left. Match each column to the correct Kaydoh field on the right.

Required mappings:

  • Full Name or Owner Name → Full Name
  • Full Site Address → Address (full)

Optional mappings:

  • Mobile → Phone
  • Email → Email
  • Site Address City → City
  • Site Address Zip → Zip

⚠️ Any columns you don't need can be set to — ignore —

Click Next when done.
Step 5 — Preview Your Addresses

Review the list of addresses that are ready to be imported. Each row will show:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Status: Ready

If everything looks correct click Next.
Step 6 — Choose a Page

Select which HVE page you want to associate these HVE links with.

Click Import.
Step 7 — Import Complete!

You will see a confirmation screen:

Import Job Completed 8 created · 0 skipped
Step 8 — Export Your HVE Links

Click Export HVE Links (CSV) to download all your generated links in one file.

Then click Done.

To export ALL your HVE links (not just from the most recent import) click the Export HVE Links button located next to the + Import Address button at the top right of the Funnels page.

What Happens Next

Each address now has its own unique HVE link. When a homeowner visits their link:

  • Their home value estimate is automatically generated
  • The visit is tracked as a Home Value Check in your dashboard. A lead is only captured if the homeowner fills out the form. The good news — the form auto-fills what it already knows about the homeowner such as their name, email or phone number if passed in during the import.

    How to Use These Links

    1. Export the HVE links CSV
    2. Upload into your CRM
       (PipeDrive, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
    3. Send to clients via email or SMS
    4. Use quarterly or annually for
       ongoing touchpoints
    5. Every visit auto-generates a
       fresh home value estimate ✅

Viewing & Managing Individual HVE Links

After importing, click View → next to any address in the list to open its individual HVE page details.

    This shows two tabs:

Pages Tab: Shows the personalized HVE page created for that address.

    • Page title: "Kathy, here's your personalized Home Value Estimate"
    • Shows: Date created, Views, Last Activity, Status

Click More on any page to see these options:

    • Personalize — customize the page
    • 📱 Get QR Code — generate a QR code for this link
    • 🔗 Copy Link — copy the HVE link to share
    • 📧 Send Video Email — send directly via video email
    • 👁️ View Page — preview the live page

Leads Tab: Shows any leads captured from this specific address link.

On the Leads tab, click View Lead → next to any lead to see the full details.

    A popup will show:

    • Lead Captured From — the unique HVE link URL
    • Source — shows "import" for bulk uploaded addresses
    • Name — homeowner's name from your spreadsheet
    • Email — homeowner's email (if provided)
    • Lead Captured Timestamp — exact date and time the lead was created
✅ Every address imported automatically creates a lead record so you have a complete history of when each HVE link was generated and accessed.

    Understanding "Pending" Status

After importing addresses you may notice some show Pending under the Current Estimate column. This simply means the home value estimate has not been triggered yet.

There are two ways to trigger the estimate:

    1. Realtor views the HVE link

    • Open the HVE link yourself to preview it
    • This will trigger the estimate and replace "Pending" with the home value estimate
    • ⚠️ This will NOT count as "Homes Showing Interest" or "Home Value Estimate Checks" in your dashboard stats

    2. Homeowner views the HVE link

    • Homeowner clicks the link you sent them or scans the QR code
    • This triggers the estimate AND counts toward your dashboard stats:
      • ✅ Homes Showing Interest
      • ✅ Home Value Estimate Checks

Once the estimate is triggered — by either method — the value appears in the Current Estimate column and the Pending status disappears automatically.
