Ready to get started? Simply head to your dashboard and choose “Create a New Page”. Then select "Easy Mode".

Scroll to find or type in the search bar "Commercial Property Listing". Hover over the template and click CREATE.

Step 1

On Step 1 Page, enter the following:

  • Property Address

  • Page Title (for your internal reference)

  • Description of Listing

Be sure to review and complete all fields before clicking NEXT.

Step 2

On Step 2 Page, upload a Cover Image to visually introduce the property.
You can use a professional image from your files or select one from the Kaydoh gallery.
Then click NEXT.

Step 3

On Step 3 Page, upload your property images.

👉 Before uploading, click “Delete all” to remove the preloaded placeholders.
Then either drag and drop your photos into the upload box or click to manually select files.

Step 4

On Step 4 Page, do the following:

  1. Record a personalized marketing video or paste a link to a virtual walkthrough or hosted video (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.).

  2. Customize the Content Tiles to highlight key features such as:

    • Offering Memorandum (OM)

    • Available Units

    • HOA Info

    • Video Tour

    • Floor Plan

    • Zoning & Usage Details

🎯 To edit a tile, click EDIT, then Replace Content with your own.

💡 Pro Tip from CRE Pros:
In commercial real estate, it’s common to include the Offering Memorandum (OM) as a locked Content Tile. Treat this page like a digital OM that contains essential financials and deal terms.
Give some information upfront to keep the visitor engaged, but lock key details behind a lead form to generate qualified leads.

🔒 Locking a tile will prompt visitors to enter contact information to access exclusive documents or financials.
