How to Send a Home Value Estimate (HVE) from the Kaydoh Mobile App

This is the fastest way to give a homeowner an instant home value on the spot — record a quick video, drop it into your Home Value Estimate page, personalize it with your client's name, and text it over before you've even left the driveway.

What do you need?

Kaydoh mobile app
A Home Value Estimate page already set up in your account (most accounts already have one from setup)

Read Tutorial (step-by-step)

Step 1

Open the Kaydoh mobile app and tap Create

Step 2

Click Send Home Value Estimate

Step 3

Choose your Home Value Estimate page from the list.

Step 4

Enter the Client Name, update the Video, and add their Property Address. As you type the address, Kaydoh will look it up — select the correct match once it appears. You can replace it with your own number if you prefer to use your own valuation. You can also lock or unlock the live housing data.

Sample video script: Hi, thanks for your interest in finding out what your home is worth. I've pulled together an estimate for you right here, along with some helpful market insights. Take a look, and feel free to reach out if you'd like to talk through the details.

Once everything looks good, tap the green SAVE button in the top right.

Step 5

Once saved, you can text the page link straight to your client right from your phone.
