Take control over the chat visibility on individual Kaydoh pages by turning it off at the website level. This allows you to decide when and where chat is available for your clients, giving you more flexibility and focus.

What You Need:
  • Your Computer

  • Kaydoh Account

Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1:

From your dashboard, locate the page you want to edit. Click the Edit next to the page title.

Step 2:

You’ll be taken to the page editor, where you’ll see a step-by-step sidebar on the left.Click Switch to Advanced Mode and confirm your choice in the popup window.
Important: Once you switch to Advanced Mode, do not change the Website type or layout. If you change the layout, you won’t be able to return to Easy Mode for this page.
Step 3:

On the left sidebar, click More Options to expand it, then select Chat Box from the dropdown list.

Step 4:

In the Chat Box settings, select None under “Show Chat Box” to turn off the chat feature for this page.

After you’ve done that, click Save Progress to save your updates.
Once saved,  click Switch to Easy Mode at the bottom if you prefer to return to the simplified editor.

Step 5:

Once you’re done, click the Finish button to complete the process.

You’ve now successfully turned off the chat box for this specific page. Clients visiting this page will no longer see the chat feature, giving you more control over your client experience.
