Easily manage your live chat settings at the account level to control communication with your clients.



Account Level vs. Page Level — What's the difference?


  • Account Level (this article) — Turning off chat here disables the live chat widget across all your Kaydoh pages at once. Use this if you want to stop receiving chats entirely.
  • Page Level — You can also turn off chat on individual pages only, leaving it active on all other pages. This is useful when you want chat on your main portfolio but not on a specific listing page.

What You Need:
  • Your Computer

  • Kaydoh Account


Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click Your Profile Picture


To begin, go to your dashboard and click on your profile picture in the top-right corner. Then Click Dashboard Settings.

Step 2: Access Chat Settings


Next, navigate to the sidebar and click on "Default Chat Box".

Step 3: Toggle Chat Status


Once you're in the chat settings, hover over the "Status" option. You’ll see a button that lets you toggle the chat "Off" or "On." Simply click the button to adjust your chat preferences as needed.
