Why does it take forever to finish loading while uploading a file?

When uploading a file to your Kaydoh website, it’s designed to support files up to 40MB in size. However, if you notice that the file is taking longer than expected to upload, there could be a simple issue causing the delay.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

STEP 1
If your file is taking longer than usual to upload, the issue could be with the file name. Check if your file contains any special characters like $, %, *, #, or similar symbols. These characters can sometimes cause delays or prevent files from uploading properly.

STEP 2
To resolve this, simply "rename your file" by removing any special characters from the name. After renaming it, try re-uploading the file again.

STEP 3
Once the file is renamed and uploaded without special characters, it should upload without issue and complete the process faster.
