How to add a file as Content Tile

Common use cases for adding a file as a Content Tile:
This is the recommended way to add any of the following to an existing Kaydoh page:
- CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) — export from your MLS as a PDF and upload here
- Buyer or Seller Guides — any document you want clients to access from your page
- Disclosures or reports — PDFs, spreadsheets, or presentations
- PowerPoint or Keynote slides — save as PDF and upload
Important: Kaydoh does not generate CMAs. Your CMA must be created outside of Kaydoh — for example, directly from your MLS — and then saved as a PDF before uploading here.
Step 1.Click Add Content tiles
Step 2.Click Add File.
You can either drag and drop a file (PPTX, XLSX, PDF, ZIP, MP3, etc.) or click to upload a file
Step 3: After uploading, you can add a headline and description for the file. Once you're done, click Complete
Step 4. The uploaded file will appear as a new tile.
Troubleshooting: File upload is stuck spinning
If your file upload appears to be stuck and the spinner never completes, check the following:
Rename your file — Remove any special characters from the filename such as #, @, &, %, (, ), apostrophes, or commas. Use only letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores. Example: rename Mike's Report (final).pdf to Mike-Report-final.pdf
Check file size — Keep files under 5MB where possible
Try a different browser — Google Chrome is recommended
Clear your browser cache and try again
If the issue persists across multiple files and browsers, contact our support team as it may be a platform issue.
