What you need

Step 1 — Screenshot your agent profile
Take a screenshot of your agent profile showing your name, experience, specialties, and background.
Step 2 — Open Video Agent in HeyGen
- Log into app.heygen.com
- Click Video Agent from the left menu
- Click the Real Estate tab
- Click Meet the Agent to open the template
Step 3 — Choose your avatar
- Click the avatar swap icon on the top right

- If you don't have a clone yet go to Public Avatars and select one
- Click Continue

- Open ChatGPT (or Claude or Gemini)
- Upload your agent profile screenshot
- Paste this prompt:
"I'm a real estate agent. Based on the profile info in this image, write me a 45-60 second warm, authentic introduction video script that helps new clients get to know me. Should feel personal and trustworthy, not salesy. End with an invitation to reach out for a free consultation."
- Copy the generated script
Step 5 — Paste your script into HeyGen
- Go back to HeyGen
- Paste your script and profile link into the assigned field
- Click Continue
Step 6 — Generate your video
HeyGen will now process your script and build your video. This takes a few minutes. You will see a processing screen while it works.
