It’s a great way to stand out when submitting offers and also gives you the chance to spotlight a preferred real estate agent for seamless collaboration.

Ready to get started? Simply head to your dashboard and choose “Create a New Page”. Then select "Easy Mode".

Scroll to find or type in the search bar "Pre-Approval Letter". Hover over the template and click CREATE.

On Step 1 page, fill out the required information, including the Borrower Name & Page Title. Make sure to double-check all info for accuracy, then click NEXT.

In Step 2 page, you’ll be able to tailor the pre-made content tiles to fit your needs. Suggested edits include:
