This digital page helps lenders showcase the buyer’s qualification status in a professional, branded format—complete with personalized messaging and optional video. It’s a great way to stand out when submitting offers and also gives you the chance to spotlight a preferred real estate agent for seamless collaboration.

Ready to get started? Simply head to your dashboard and choose “Create a New Page”. Then select "Easy Mode".

Scroll to find or type in the search bar "Pre-Approval Letter". Hover over the template and click CREATE.

On Step 1 page, fill out the required information, including the Borrower Name & Page Title. Make sure to double-check all info for accuracy, then click NEXT.

In Step 2 page, you’ll be able to tailor the pre-made content tiles to fit your needs. Suggested edits include:
Preferred Realtor — Add a website link tile pointing to your preferred real estate agent's Kaydoh portfolio or contact page. This is a great co-marketing opportunity
Buyer Checklist — Upload a PDF checklist or link to a helpful buyer resource
Contract Timeline — Upload a PDF or add a website link outlining the contract process step by step
Housing Market Information — Add a Live Market Report tile for the buyer's target area using the Content Library

Once everything is polished and professional, click SAVE AND COMPLETE, then PREVIEW your Pre-Approval Letter to ensure it’s ready to send.
