How to Create a Video Listing Page

Using the Simple Mode

The Video Listing Page lets you showcase a property using a large feature video, listing photos, property details, and optional virtual tours. It works great as a single property website you can share with buyers through email, text, social media, or QR codes on flyers.

With this template, you can quickly build a beautiful property page that highlights your listing with videos, photos, and key property details.

What do you need?

Computer
Property address, price, and details ready
Property photos (your own — the template includes placeholder images to delete)
A property tour video (YouTube/Vimeo link, or upload directly for autoplay)
Optional: virtual tour link (Matterport or similar)

To begin, go to your dashboard and click Create a New Page.

Find the template called Video Listing Page and click Create.

Step 1: Add Property Basics

Add key property details. Fill in the following fields:

Property Address
List Price
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Living Area (Sq Ft)
Lot Size (Sq Ft)

Some information may auto-fill, but review and update if needed.

New Feature: Features & Amenities

Highlight the most important selling points of the property.

Examples: Pool, Ocean View, ADU, Solar, Luxury Kitchen, Home Office

👉 You can:

Add one feature at a time using the Add button
Or add multiple at once by separating them with commas( , ) and clicking Add (e.g., Pool, Ocean View, Solar)

Adding Many Features Quickly
Have a lot of features? No problem.
👉 Type multiple features in one line, separated by commas:

Example:
Pool, Ocean View, Solar, ADU, Home Office, Luxury Kitchen
Then click Add, and they will all be added at once.

💡 This is the fastest way to add a large number of features (e.g., 20–30 items). Add 5–10 key features to make your listing more compelling.

Step 2
Add Your Main Property Video
Next, add the main video that will appear at the top of your listing page.

You can add a video in three ways:

Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link
Record a video
Upload a video file

This is usually your main property tour video or marketing video.
Once added, you’ll see a preview on the right side.
Click Next to continue.

Important: Autoplay Requirement

If you want the video to automatically play when the page loads, you must upload the video directly to Kaydoh. Videos added using YouTube or Vimeo links will still appear on the page, but they will not autoplay and will not automatically play with sound.

Step 3
Upload Listing Photos
Now upload your property photos.

⚠️ First, click Delete All to remove the placeholder sample images — these are generic stock photos included in the template and are not your listing photos. Deleting them will not affect any other content on your page. After clearing them, upload your own listing photos.

Your images will appear in the gallery preview.
Click Next when finished.
