Video Length Limits (By Plan)
Video recording and video upload share the same minute limits.
$39 / month plan
- Up to 1-minute video
- Applies to both recording and upload
$59 / month plan
- Up to 3-minute video
- Applies to both recording and upload
$99 / month plan
- Up to 5-minute video
- Applies to both recording and upload
$149 / month plan
- Up to 8-minute video
- Applies to both recording and upload
If a video exceeds the allowed length for your plan, it may fail to record or upload.
Recording vs Uploading
Kaydoh supports two ways to add videos:
Instant Video Recording
- Camera-based recording only
- Screen recording is not supported
- Google Chrome is recommended for best results
- Video length must stay within your plan’s minute limit
Video Upload
- Upload pre-recorded videos
- Works in most modern browsers
- Must still follow the same minute limits as recording
Best Video Practices
For best results:
- Keep videos within your plan’s allowed minutes
- Trim longer videos before uploading
- Use a stable internet connection
- If your video is longer than allowed, upload it to YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom and share the link instead
If Your Video Doesn’t Work
If you experience issues:
- Confirm the video length matches your plan
- Refresh the page and try again
- Try uploading a shorter video
- Use a third-party video link if needed
Important Notes
- Kaydoh does not support screen recording
- Video autoplay is not supported
- Browser rules may affect video playback behavior
