How to Upload and Manage Videos on Your Kaydoh Page

Shuvo

Last Update pre 3 meseca

Kaydoh now uses a new built-in video system for all website recordings and uploads.
Loom is no longer our primary vendor. You can still record on your personal loom account and share a LOOM video link. All videos should be uploaded or recorded directly within your Kaydoh Dashboard.

This article explains:

  • Video length and upload limits per plan

  • When to upgrade for longer videos

  • Why account sharing for video recording is not supported

🎬 Recommended Lengths for Real Estate Videos

To ensure optimal viewing and upload success:

  • Full property tour: 3–4 minutes

  • Luxury or detailed walk-through: up to 5 minutes

  • Short highlight or social media teaser: 30 seconds–2 minutes

These ranges align with performance best practices and viewer engagement benchmarks.

👥 Account Sharing & Recording Restrictions

Kaydoh’s video system is account-based, meaning:

  • Each user can only record or upload from their own login.

  • When two users try to record using the same account, it will cause upload failure.

⚠️ Note: It’s acceptable to share an account for website creation or temporary access handoff, but not for video recording or uploading — this violates our Terms of Use.
