Kaydoh now uses a new built-in video system for all website recordings and uploads.
Loom is no longer our primary vendor. You can still record on your personal loom account and share a LOOM video link. All videos should be uploaded or recorded directly within your Kaydoh Dashboard.

To ensure optimal viewing and upload success:
Full property tour: 3–4 minutes
Luxury or detailed walk-through: up to 5 minutes
Short highlight or social media teaser: 30 seconds–2 minutes
Kaydoh’s video system is account-based, meaning:
Each user can only record or upload from their own login.
When two users try to record using the same account, it will cause upload failure.
