Scroll to find or type in the search bar "FSBO - Backup Plan". Hover over the template and click CREATE.

Step 1

On Step 3 page, record a personalized video or paste a link to an existing video.
Then customize the pre-set Content Tiles with helpful resources such as:
- FSBO Backup Plan PDF — Upload a PDF outlining your services and what you offer if they decide to list with an agent
- Pricing Strategy — Add a market report or link to Altos Research data showing current pricing trends in their area
- Live Market Report — Add a live Altos market snapshot for their neighborhood using the Content Library
- Schedule a Consultation — Add a Calendly link so homeowners can easily book a call with you if they decide they need help
- About Me — Add a brief introduction tile so they know who you are and why you're the right agent when they're ready
