HOW TO EDIT EXIT-LEAD CAPTURE POPUP

Triggering a popup to capture leads as visitors leave your website is a smart way to make one last attempt to get their info before they go. This “exit-intent” popup only appears when they try to leave the page (for example, clicking back or closing the tab), so it’s less intrusive than a normal popup.

Follow the steps below to customize your Exit-Lead Capture Popup.

• Log in to your Kaydoh account.

1. In the top-right corner, click on your profile image to open the menu.

2. Click “Dashboard Settings” from the dropdown.

1. Inside Dashboard Settings, look at the left sidebar menu.

2. Click “Lead Capture Popup”.

3. You will now see the Exit Page settings screen (like in the screenshot).

On the Exit Page, you can customize the text your visitors will see when the popup appears.

This is the main headline at the top of the popup.

• Example:

  • “HEY, BEFORE YOU GO…”

  • “Don’t Miss New Listings In Your Area!”

Use something short and attention-grabbing.

This is the main body text that explains what they get by subscribing or submitting the form.

• Example:

  • “We’d love to show you more listings in your area! Fill out the form below to see everything we have to offer…”

Keep it clear and benefit-focused.

This appears at the bottom of the popup. Use it for compliance or reassurance.

• Example:

  • “Give it a try. You can unsubscribe anytime with a click in our emails.”

You can customize this to match your brand’s disclaimer or legal language.

This controls the text on the popup button.

• Example:

  • “Subscribe”

  • “Get Updates”

  • “Send Me Listings”

Choose something action-oriented that matches your offer.

1. After updating the fields, scroll down if needed.

2. Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

Your updated Exit-Lead Capture Popup will now show to visitors when they attempt to leave your Kaydoh page.

  Header Title, Description, Footer Disclaimer, Button Label
