How to make a Listing Presentation

💡 The Listing Presentation template can be used before, during, or after your actual presentation. Before the meeting, send it ahead of time to give sellers a preview of what you’ll cover. During the presentation, use it as a visual guide to walk them through your process. Afterward, it serves as a polished leave-behind or follow-up tool that reinforces your professionalism and value—helping you stay top of mind while they make their decision.

Ready to get started? Simply head to your dashboard and choose “Create a New Page”. Then select "Easy Mode".

Scroll to find or type in the search bar "Listing Presentation". Hover over the template and click CREATE.

On Step 1 page, fill out all the required information, including the Homeowner Name, Page Title, and Message to Homeowner. Be sure to double-check everything for accuracy before clicking NEXT.

On Step 2 page, fill out all the required property information such as Address, Bedrooms, Baths, Living SQFT, Lot SQFT, etc. Once you're done, click NEXT.

Don’t worry, you can edit or update these later — changes will auto-save, but there’s currently no ‘undo,’ so double-check before saving.”

On Step 3 page, add a Cover Image for your Listing Presentation from the Kaydoh Gallery, or upload your own by clicking “Drop cover image here or click to upload.” Once finalized, click NEXT.

At this time, only images are supported for backgrounds, not videos.

Images must be pre-cropped/resized before upload, as Kaydoh does not yet have built-in editing tools.

On Step 4 page, record a personalized thank-you video or paste an existing video link. Customize the Content Tiles to guide the client on how to leave a referral or testimonial, or even how to forward your information to potential leads. Click EDIT and Replace Content to update any text or visuals.

Sample Script Idea:
“Hi [Homeowner’s Name], thank you for giving me the opportunity to present my strategy for selling your home. In this presentation, you’ll see how I market properties, attract buyers, and ensure you get the best possible value. Please feel free to share this page with friends or family, and reach out with any questions. I look forward to working together!”

Once everything is complete and looks polished, click SAVE AND COMPLETE, then PREVIEW your Listing Presentation to ensure it's ready to impress your client.
