Ready to get started? Simply head to your dashboard and choose “Create a New Page”. Then select "Easy Mode".

Search or scroll to find the “What do you think of your Z estimate?” template. Click CREATE.

Step 1
On Step 1 Page. This section is all about starting the conversation with a familiar face—your past client.

Heading Title:

Heading (optional but impactful):
Your Client Name, what do you think of your Zestimate? - Add
Core Message (use default or customize):
I was looking at properties on Zillow and thought of checking on your property's value. I have my own opinion but what do you think of what Zillow is saying about the value of your home?
💡 Pro tip: This tone is friendly, curious, and non-salesy—perfect for reactivating older leads or warming up a cold list.

Step 2
On the Step 2 Page. Add the basic information for the property you're referencing in the Zestimate conversation. Fill out the boxes saying : Property
Address, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Living
SQFT, Lot
SQFT etc.

Step 3
On Step 3 Page. Choose a cover image that fits the local market or showcases a beautiful home. You can upload your own or use one from the Kaydoh gallery. This will appear at the top of the final page to grab attention. When done, click next.

Step 4
On Step 4 Page. Upload a short video greeting or add a YouTube/Vimeo link. Keep it friendly and conversational—this is your moment to make it personal and relatable.
Then, review the included content tiles. These are thoughtfully selected to spark curiosity and help start real conversations about home values. You can update the language or swap in your own content—make it feel like you.
Here’s what each tile includes:
🏷️ Zestimate
Displays your client’s Zestimate pulled from Zillow. This is your hook—what kicks off the conversation about whether that number reflects the true value of their home.
📊 San Jose, CA Housing Market
A helpful tile showing current local housing market trends and stats. Use this to position yourself as the go-to expert in the area and build trust.

Step 7
Once you’ve finished adding property info, messaging, and content tiles: Click SAVE AND COMPLETE. Then PREVIEW your page to make sure it looks polished and personalized.
